properties in Cancun, Palm Springs, The Maldives, and to Atlanta during the
1986 Olympics. Laura was the key conference services managers with
responsibility for leading the operations team in servicing four back-to-back
waves of leadership and their VIP clients from BMW, Sunoco, John Hancock, and
Merrill Lynch at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. She was honoured to have
scored a 5 out of 5 in conference services expertise from each of these
customers as rated by the JD Powers survey following the Olympic games.

to over 50 countries while working for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts,
Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and St. Regis Hotels and Resorts insures an
