While we try to be as flexible as possible to our clients' personal schedules, Resort to Laura Madrid's regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern Time. We are always glad to action any urgent items outside of business hours when possible, otherwise rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as our office re-opens.
