Luxury hotel brands entering the yachting world is one of the most exciting trends in travel right now. There is a huge appetite among travelers who love the allure of being at sea and the ease of unpacking once and waking up somewhere new, but don’t want the crowds, buffets, and enormous ships traditionally associated with cruising.
THE JOURNEY
Japan and Korea have become two of the most sought-after destinations in Asia, but they also require time and logistics to explore well. This itinerary gives us the chance to experience an incredible range of places without constantly packing, unpacking, and changing hotels.
We begin in Seoul, with easy international air access, before sailing to Jeju and Busan in South Korea. From there, I am especially excited to explore some of Japan beyond the traditional first-time itinerary, including Nagasaki and Kagoshima, before finishing in Tokyo.
And I suspect many of you will want more Japan!
For anyone who would like to continue after the yacht, we can customize a fabulous land itinerary incorporating places such as Hakone and Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, and Osaka. You can join me for the yacht, extend your trip on either end, or let us create the combination that works best for you.
2028 may feel like a long way off, but in the travel world, it is right around the corner. These are small yachts with limited inventory, and demand is high.
