With 30 years of experience in the luxury travel industry and having traveled to 80+ countries, Laura learned long ago that success and happiness are defined by the company you keep.
Laura’s greatest inspiration comes not just from places, but from the people she travels with and plans for. It’s this spirit - of collaboration, care, and shared discovery - that defines Resort to Laura Madrid.
Outside of work, she finds equal delight in family dinners, long rallies on the tennis court, and a beautiful glass of wine savored at just the right moment.

Before stepping into the world of travel, Holly ran a beloved cupcake business - where precision, presentation, and passion were always on the menu. For over eight years, she’s brought that same meticulous care and vibrant energy to her work at RTLM, where every itinerary is crafted with thoughtful attention to detail.
A Georgia native with an explorer’s heart, Holly has journeyed from Iceland’s dramatic landscapes to Egypt’s ancient wonders. Often on the road with her husband and their “pup-kids,” Harley Quinn and Morgan, she’s just as comfortable navigating U.S. highways in her luxury RV as she is curating bespoke travel moments for clients around the globe.

Leyla’s love for travel is lifelong - rooted in a childhood spent crisscrossing borders and cultures. She has called eight countries home and speaks four languages fluently, bringing a deeply international perspective to every journey she touches. With over 25 years in luxury hospitality - primarily with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - Leyla’s expertise spans operations, client service, and revenue strategy across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

A true connector at heart, Leyla is as passionate about people as she is about places. When she’s not crafting seamless and soulful travel experiences, you’ll find her enjoying meaningful time with family or striking up conversations that bridge cultures and spark curiosity - wherever in the world she may be.

With early global roots - from studying in London to earning an International Baccalaureate at the Atlanta International School - Gil has explored five continents and 35 countries, shaping a worldview that blends curiosity with cultural fluency. Most recently, he completed a Business degree in Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University, bringing a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to our team.

Mylène brings global polish and hospitality finesse to the team, shaped by a career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - where she and Laura first crossed paths - with roles across London, Hong Kong, Caracas, Boston, and Palo Alto. Now based in Edinburgh, she leads our marketing and communications efforts, keeping clients inspired with insider travel trends, design-forward hotels, and cultural gems from around the globe.

A certified yoga and Pilates instructor, Mylène balances her professional expertise with a deep commitment to wellness. When she’s not creating thoughtful content or curating beautiful travel moments, you’ll find her indulging her other passions - teaching a class, exploring the Scottish Highlands, or sipping a fine dram.
