Laura is notorious for perpetually firing on all cylinders. Whether it’s balancing client phone calls, a jam-packed calendar, or her brimming email inbox, Laura relishes working side-by-side with her valued squad. With 30 years of experience in the luxury travel industry and having traveled to 80+ countries, Laura learned long ago that success and happiness are defined by the company you keep.
Laura’s greatest inspiration comes not just from places, but from the people she travels with and plans for. It’s this spirit - of collaboration, care, and shared discovery - that defines Resort to Laura Madrid.
Outside of work, she finds equal delight in family dinners, long rallies on the tennis court, and a beautiful glass of wine savored at just the right moment.

HOLLY ADAMS

Before stepping into the world of travel 10 years ago, Holly ran a beloved cupcake business - where precision, presentation, and passion were always on the menu. For over ten years, she’s brought that same meticulous care and vibrant energy to her work at RTLM, where every itinerary is crafted with thoughtful attention to detail.
A Georgia native with an explorer’s heart, Holly has journeyed from Iceland’s dramatic landscapes to Egypt’s ancient wonders. Often on the road with her husband and their “pup-kids,” Harley Quinn and Morgan, she’s just as comfortable navigating U.S. highways in her luxury RV as she is curating bespoke travel moments for clients around the globe.

LEYLA FIGUEROA

Leyla’s love for travel is lifelong - rooted in a childhood spent crisscrossing borders and cultures. She has called eight countries home and speaks four languages fluently, bringing a deeply international perspective to every journey she touches. With over 25 years in luxury hospitality - primarily with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - Leyla’s expertise spans operations, client service, and revenue strategy across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

A true connector at heart, Leyla is as passionate about people as she is about places. When she’s not crafting seamless and soulful travel experiences, you’ll find her enjoying meaningful time with family or striking up conversations that bridge cultures and spark curiosity - wherever in the world she may be.

GIL MADRID JR.

With an international upbringing shaped by living in London, attending Atlanta International School, and traveling extensively, Gil developed an early appreciation for different cultures and global perspectives. After earning his International Baccalaureate diploma and a degree in Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University, he joined RTLM, bringing a fresh perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to the family business.
Having traveled across five continents and more than 35 countries, Gil has cultivated a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and the transformative power of travel. His global experiences allow him to connect naturally with clients and industry partners from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Gil enjoys improving his golf game, experimenting in the kitchen, and discovering new music.

RILEY POLLOCK

A proud graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, Riley joined the RTLM dream team in 2024, bringing new energy and an infectious enthusiasm for all things travel. Since relocating to Atlanta, she’s embraced her role with curiosity, creativity, and a meticulous eye for detail - consistently adding that final flourish that transforms a great itinerary into an unforgettable journey.
Whether she’s cheering on the UGA Bulldogs, rallying on the tennis court, or diving into her latest creative endeavor, Riley brings heart to everything she touches. Her thoughtful approach and vibrant spirit help ensure every RTLM client feels uniquely cared for from start to finish.

MIA LILLY

A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mia brings a natural eye for detail and a love of thoughtful planning to the RTLM team. With experience in event planning and wholesale apparel, she has developed a creative, organized approach and a knack for bringing all the little details together.

Her love of travel grew while studying abroad in Rome, which remains her favorite place in the world. When she’s not planning her next trip, you’ll find her playing tennis, keeping up with fashion, trying a new restaurant, or spending time with her pets. Known as “the planner” among her friends, Mia is always happiest with something exciting on the calendar.

ALYSSA GRAHAM

With nine years of experience in advertising and account management, Alyssa brings a thoughtful, highly organized approach to luxury travel planning. Her career at top creative agencies included managing major brands and working with toursim boards. Her ability to bring clients, creative teams, and intricate workflows together translates seamlessly into crafting beautifully coordinated travel experiences.
Having explored more than 20 countries, Alyssa pairs her professional expertise with a genuine love of travel and curiosity about different cultures. Originally from South Florida, she now considers herself an Atlanta native and loves exploring the city, especially its ever-growing restaurant scene. Outside of work, you’ll find her practicing Pilates, wandering through art museums, or tending to her rose garden.

MADIE SUNBERG

A Florida State graduate, Madie made her way to Atlanta by way of Orlando and found her place in the world of luxury travel along the way. With years of experience creating extraordinary itineraries throughout Italy, she has developed a love for thoughtful trip planning, beautiful hotels, and all the little details that make a journey feel truly special. She now brings that experience, along with plenty of enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail, to the RTLM team.
Outside of work, Madie loves anything that gives her a chance to be creative. You can usually find her working on her latest needlepoint project, tending to her ever-growing collection of plants, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or checking out a fun restaurant around Atlanta.

MYLÈNE MACKAY

Mylène brings global polish and hospitality finesse to the team, shaped by a career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - where she and Laura first crossed paths - with roles across London, Hong Kong, Caracas, Boston, and Palo Alto. Now based in Edinburgh, she leads our marketing and communications efforts, keeping clients inspired with insider travel trends, design-forward hotels, and cultural gems from around the globe.

A certified yoga and Pilates instructor, Mylène balances her professional expertise with a deep commitment to wellness. When she’s not creating thoughtful content or curating beautiful travel moments, you’ll find her indulging her other passions - teaching a class, exploring the Scottish Highlands, or sipping a fine dram.
