Senior Client Services Manager

Celeste is one of the original team members, dazzling RTLM clients, partners, & colleagues for nearly 10 years. She has a penchant for solving any problem or challenge thrown her way, a critical skill in the crazy world of travel. Her experiences living abroad include Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and India. A self-professed foodie, mixologist, and cook, when Celeste is not seeking out the hottest new restaurant, she loves to entertain friends and family.

HOLLY ADAMS

Senior Client Services Manager

Before joining the travel industry, Holly owned and managed a thriving cupcake business. Holly has been bringing her entrepreneurial spirit, precise attention to detail, and passion into everything she does at RTLM for 7+ years. A native of Georgia, Holly has traveled extensively from Iceland to Spain to Egypt, and even throughout the United States behind the wheel of her luxury RV with her husband and "pup-kids", Harley Quinn and Morgan.

MYLÈNE MACKAY

Client Services Manager

Mylène and Laura have been long term colleagues in the hospitality industry having first worked together while both were employed with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  With a career resume of sales, revenue and operations roles in London, Hong Kong, Venezuela, Boston and Palo Alto, Mylene brings a global perspective and hospitality savoir-faire to the team. Based in Edinburgh, it may come as no surprise that Mylène is a whisky enthusiast but manages to simultaneously engage in wellness & spa.

CHRISTINA WARBURTON

Assistant Client Services Manager

With advanced degrees in social work and psychology and a successful past career in logistics and supply chain management, Christina brings just the right tools to RTLM’s multi-faceted world of travel and client services. When not fine-tuning client trip logistics at work, Christina is a serial hobbyist at home: gardening, entertaining, practicing pilates, reading, puzzling, traveling with her family, and playing with her four-legged besties, Wink and Winnie.

BAILEY TAYLOR BROWN

Marketing + Communications Coordinator

Bailey brings panache and energy to Resort to Laura Madrid’s communications and social media outreach, keeping our clients abreast of travel industry trends, the hottest hotels, and must see destinations that Laura is discovering.  When Bailey is not behind the screen, she is often spotted in front of the camera, as a jet-setting fashion model with a great sense of style and a million dollar smile.
